I've been thinking on this for awhile and I have decided to start a combine serial number registry. So everyone out there if you could give me the brand, model, sn, condition, and location I will start a spreadsheet of this information and start a website as soon as I have access to my program to edit my UW website. If you would please send the info via my e-mail. I am including threshing machines also.

Amen to that! I wonder how Pig Farmer would like it if somebody borrowed his car or pickup to participate in a demo derby? After all, it's all gonna get junked sometime, right? Just sooner than later might be better.

Thanks for the good pictures. How wide is that header on the CII? Looks maybe to be 20 foot.

Wow Lance.Thats going to be quite an undertaking but could be fun. Are you going to stop at a certain age?

I'm already doing it for SP-12 Cases and T Gleaner SP's.I had thought about starting one for 123 IH's.

Ya I know, but I nothing better to do than sit around and stare at a TV in Laramie so it will give me something to do. I was thinking right around 1970 would be a good cut off date unless it is a rarer brand like the MM's and Olivers. If you wouldn't mind would you send your SP-12 and T-3 numbers and then there would be more than one place to view them?

Re: 300 Massey in reply to Roger Bax, 01-18-2008 13:25:40
I also have a 300 that was sitting for 3 years, I did all you did but also put a new fuel pump. Old girl was a little hessitant but eventually fired up. I drove it 50 miles and pulled 2 acres of corn with it. The guy I got it from said he always smelled gas, it had a 5.5 to 9.5 psi pump on it (not original) so I put a 2.5 to 4.5 psi and has done fine.
