I got a serial number for a SP-12 that was at a junkyard. Unfortuantely they had already trashed it but it looked like a really nice one before they got ahold of it. SP12G 5591808

Thanks for the SP-12 Case serial #.I'll add it to the list as junked.Its a shame what happened to it and the Super 27.
Do you know anyone that could take you up in a plane?Thats a great way to find stuff and cover alot of territory fast.High as scrap is we are losing old combines every day.

Actually...my great grandpa has a plane. He gave me a whole bunch of equipment I need to get out of SD (I have no idea what) but at the price of fuel it might be a while.

Naw,I know a few Edna's but I got really lucky and got a Nancy,anyway the ones in here married are pretty lucky we got them,you know its not easy when we are dragging old junk into the yard and "paying" for it!!They got to love us!

Yea I think so. They had a Massey combine that was already smashed up and in the middle of a pile so I couldn't get close enough to see what model. Looked like a super 27 from a distance. I don't understand why people would rather give it away and let it be scrapped than give it to a collector or sell it to a collector. I've ran several ads in this area and one specifically for Sp-12's and SP-9's.
