Boy does this bring back memories. Spent 20 years of my life maintaining and running a 105. Good simple solid built machine.

I would like to see how he rigged up a pump to run the reel. When I got the intermediate feeder house I got a pump and valve off a 6600 and a round reservoir off another 105. The pump was driven off of the feeder house drive chain. It looks like this machine could use a bigger head. It'll handle a 20' head at about 3.5 - 4 MPH, which is a good speed for that type of a cutter bar. A six row corn head in 180-200 bu. corn is painfully slow, but it'll do the job. Jim

I don't know who's 105 is in the above post but this sure looks like the same combine in corn dress. I keep pics I run across on my PC and the one above looked familiar to me. Many of you post some really nice photos, so I "steal" the best ones.....

Intermediate Feeder House, diesel, and hydro. Only missing factory AC and it would have been the top of the line machine till the 7700's.

I believe it is the same combine too. The bean picture does show the straw chopper on, while it is off on the corn picture. 1206, did you get a lot of ice like Lamar and Carthage? We missed the bullet over here east of Greenfield.

The chopper can't be used for corn. Jim

We had plenty of ice here but only lost power for 1.5 hours.3 miles east of me they've been without power since 8 am Sunday morning. It may be the end of the week before they get it back on.

Its much worse just to the south and east.
