Tom Railsback sent me these pictures of SP-12 Case #5591773.Maybe he will come on here and tell us more.It looks like a complete restorable combine.

Tom also has some news on an 800 Case combine and another SP-12.

I have about 20 confirmed SP-12's on my list but one at Plainview,TX may be junked by now as the seller had no takers.

I have about 10 unconfirmed SP-12's with no pictures or serial numbers.

This machine sits about 1/2 mile of MT Highway 80 approximately 5 miles SE of Fort Benton, MT. I spoke with a former Case dealer in Fort Benton yesterday and he said it has been in the same location for at least 40 years. He gave me the name of a person to contact for information and I will do that in the next week.

Yesterday I was offered a fairly good Case 800 combine to save it from the scrapyard; the old dealer said he will send me a parts book for it.

The other SP12 I saw yesterday was pretty well trashed when they loaded it on the truck so it is going to the scrapyard; I could have bought the engine (which is stuck) for $300.00.
