Will a CTS combine work on my farm? I dont want to risk the new STS but dont know wheter a CTS will harvest soybeans and corn. It would be used on 400 acres of corn 350 of soybeans and 250 of wheat.

Thanks,

AJZ

We have a 1998 CTSII. It is the best combine we have ever had. The CTS combines are for small grains only.

The CTS is not popular (don't know of any really) here in southern MN - I don't think they were built for corn/soybeans.

Have you been to Combine Talk Show, that a real good combine discussion area. Do a web search for 'Combine Talk Show', I think it's at www.harvesting.com or so.

The web addess you gave is correct. If your are not partial to color; but want a solid machine, a TX 66 or 68 will do a great job in the crops you are growing.
