kirk, can you build something? i have a trailer available that we hauled a pull type on. pics and measurements can be available. we pulled it with a 3/4 ton pickup and it is low. single axle with semi trailer tires. how far ya gotta go? it's just sitting around right now and you could modify it some if needed. no charge. i'll see if i can find a pic.

better yet, here is one. we let the tongue down and load it from the front. wyoming would be quite a ways i guess. it would still be available but has no suspension so it could be a long ride. i shoulda paid more attention. there are some lowboy guys around here but trucking would cost a lot.

Hi Russ,
That look's like a pretty cool trailer.
It might work for mine too as the front wheel's are a little farther apart, than that one on the trailer, But,,, still It probably would work.
Thank's alot for the picture's russ, Really Cool, Kirk,

Kirk, In order to collect old combines you've just about got to be able to haul them yourself. No one wants to haul them because they are hard to load, are too tall, and are too wide.

To get it under 102" wide you will have to pull the header, unloading auger, and drive tires.Otherwise you will need a wide load permit and if its over 14 ft wide you need an escort front and back.On a 30" tall trailer the clean grain elevator will probably have to come off too as the combine is 11'10" tall.

I did some measuring and you can put an S MM SP on a 102" wide trailer.Only about 5-6" of each tire will be on the trailer.I have a plan to get mine 200 miles home without pulling the header and tires.

Hi 1206, I found a combine trailer I think will worrk,
It's in Osborne about 14 mile's from me east, and It's used to haul 7700 John Deere's,
Im gonna go look at it, and I think It'll work good cause it has the lowewr side's ramp's and its' not that long,
I dont wanna take the header off very much, as it's connected to the feederhouse,
so,,, maybe I can just load it, and be done with it, get it here, and then dive in on it,
Kirk,
