I might be out of my mind, but perhaps a John Deere 105 would get the job done. I haven't really done any acreage yet, but let me know how my estimation was.

I think that twas a tad small. I plan on running a 6 row 30 inch head and a 20-25 ft grain head. but i do know those were some awesome machines for their time when i was younger we had a green neighbor who did about 500 acres with his 105. at first people thought he was umanly to get a cab but when they saw it run they were sorry they mentioned it. Hes getting up in the years but he may still use it back aroundthose parts.

I have run the neighbor's JD 6620 Titan II for the past two harvests with a 915 flex head and a 6 row corn head. It has been a great machine with hardly any problems or breakdowns. It has around 2,000 hours on it now. They run right at 1,000 acres with it each year.

I would recommend a John Deere 9550 or a used 9510 for your acreage. They have sold alot of those machines and they are pretty good machines.
