Just purchased a 1957 45 Jd with a 10 corn head and 10ft Grain. One owner machine always shedded. This one got lucky, I found it going onto the scales at the local scrap dealer on a trailer. managed to pay the lowbow to bring it to me. I'm just ashamed to tell how much it costed to save it.

Nathaniel,it sounds like you were in the right place at the right time.Congrats on saving the old 45 in the nick of time.As mentioned we need pictures.

Its sad that a nice combine like that was on the way to being junked after surviving for 50 years.

Some people will give them away, some will sell them to a junker, some will sell them for a reasonable price, and some want a fortune for them.

Have you started it yet?
