Another Picture Of The Best 35

Heres another shot of it.There were so many 35's there I cant remember which is which.

If I remember right I think this is the next best 35.Notice the back end.It must be an early one.Its in running condition.

Heres a non running 35 Oliiver.

The model 25 Oliver came after them around 1956-60 and was a totally different design.I will soon be putting some pictures of a 611 Ford SP on here and its just a red 25 Oliver with a Ford engine where the 25 had the Continental engine.

Here is the last 35 Oliver.Its a non runner.

There were (2) more 35's and a 33 that we didnt get to see due to the weather and mud.They were a ways north of here.

My contact in western Kansas sure found me alot of nice combines.As you can see they stand the weather good out there.

These are all in a dry climate (although yesterday it wasnt very dry) so they arent all rusted out.They only get 20-25" per year but the past few years they havent been getting that much moisture

I first thought that the one 35 with the different rear was a 33 but the serial # plate said it was a 35.I think the best two combines would probably go to the field with very little work.He says he goes out once in awhile and turns the engines over,etc.

I remember seeing Olivers with the engine mounted that way and always thought that they sure would be easy to work on. Just walk up and do it.
