I have a JD 7720 combine about 1979 model with a good 466 engine, hyro, final drives, chaffer, sieves and shoes, 30.5 rice tire....one good, one not so good, 4x4 unit. If I can sell the engine, I'd part out the rest. I don't want a dead horse around the yard. I'd take $2500 for the engine or $4500 for the whole thing. I'm in eastern ks.
Email me at pjr1957@yahoo.com for more info.

I might ad that the hand pump on the fuel primer leaks when trying to hand prime it so I suppose that might be where it's loosing it's prime after sitting about a week or so.

The guy I bought it from said the engine had 5000 hrs on it. He drove it about 40 miles to where we loaded it up and it ran fine. He said it had picked corn a year ago and had been sitting all this year. When I got it home a while back I started it the next morning, it was about freezing and it started right up so it must be in pretty good shape. After it sits for several days, it acts like the fuel bleeds off and then it's hard to start.
