Just wondering what the differences were between a 1660 and 1640. Like the engines, internal parts and what size of heads they can handle in soybeans and corn. thanks

The 1660 has an 8.3 liter Cummins engine versus a 5.9 for the 1640. There is also a difference in the transmission and final drives as the 1660 is much heavier. I'd say the 1640 would be limited to a six row corn head and 30' bean head. A 1660 would take an 8 row head and 25' bean head.
