Is there any market at all for a couple of 622 IH cotton pickers, complete machines with diesel engines. One is still in the shed from the mid ninety's when it was last used.

I might be interested in one as a power unit for a project I am wanting to build. I would like to see some pictures to see if it would be possible to use it as a power unit.

If you would please e-mail the pictures to me at gphillips42051@yahoo.com

Thanks

Greg

Over in the MS Delta we tear em down, use the engines for power units and finals for paddle wheels. Most of them have been gone since the mid 90s and there are very few 2 row pickers of any kind left. Tom

I would be interested in buying one to restore. In my area their is no cotton grown or any cotton pickers around, and i think itd be a neat showpiece. I might even consider growing some cotton just for fun to pick. Where abouts are you located, im in north west missouri. What are you asking for them?

Haven't really thought about a price much, one is in much better shape as far as appearance due to being in the shed. I live in North Alabama, so it might be out of your range. If your still interested and would like pics e'mail me and I'll try to take some the next couple of days.
