I'm restoring a 76, Case 222, all's finished but the wiring, oil & misc stuff.. I bought a manual but it does not have the schematic for a starter generator system, no stator.. Help Much Appreciated

I don't know if this diagram will help you, but my tractor does have a starter/generator with a starter solenoid. It cranks CW and has an amp meter. Hal

Unfortunately, your diagram does not apply for at least two reasons. Your Monkey Wards unit uses magneto ignition. Kohlers use coil ignition. Your regulator has three terminals. Case regulators have four.

If you had the Operator's Manual that covers the serial (PIN) of your tractor, then you would also have the wiring schematic. You can obtain one of those manuals from Ed at the link below.

Send me a fax number via my email address and I will send you a copy of the wiring diagram. Just tell me whether your tractor has an ammeter or gen light.
