yeah! i'm wonderi'n too, like where did they all go? occasionally i have seen a few LGT 125 and 145? and 165, i myself have an LGT 125 and a 100.. the 100 i bought from a local dealer in Mn. for $400.00 it runs good, dealer had just done a valve job and some other misc, he had as he said "over five hundred in it" and the tractors' owner was ill so the kids said to sell it, i offered him the four hundred cash in hand and he took it, i also asked if he had a used Kohler 14hp carburator to throw in the deal and he said yeah.. so i got me a nice ridi'n Ford (with deck,it's nice) n a used carb. for $400.00 so i was happy it looks nice paint is good and so are the decals, month later i also bought a Case 444 with blade, and deck, tractor runs well, bought that for $300.00 i just luv those big rear wheels on the Case.

i started out collecti'n old farm tractors, but found a few ridi'n lawnmowers along the way,i would buy then very reasonable as sometimes they would have a blown engine or somethi'n else wrong with em then i'd fix em and get em runni'n.. i like em all,big and small,, i also like this forum here at yt mag.. gotten some good info here as well, and luv looki'n at all the pic's.. keep up the conversations, and post more pic's of pretty tractors..

You definitely should check out the Yahoo! Jacobsen Ford Garden Tractor site. Lots of guys, including myself, with the LGT series Fords there.

The most informative site I"ve found is the Jacobsen/Ford site on Yahoo! There is precious little info on the 7 & 8 HP Briggs powered models, tho. There were apparently a lot more 10 & 12 HP Kohler powered models built.

I have three LGT195 tractors, two which I have restored and the third is my work horse. They are really well built and convenient to drive. It is getting hard to find parts as many are no longer available from the dealer. It's good that they they don't require many.
