I have a vibration in the transmission of my Cub Cadet 1811. I feel it especially when I move the speed control lever from front to rear or from rear to front. It also seems to vibrate more in turns. Is there something I can adjust, or does something have to be replaced. I appreciate any help.

Go to the MTD psrt of this site and ask away. There are many knowledgeable people able to help you in much more depth than you may get here. Also..... join and have fun discussing Cub Cadets.

My model 1811 I bought new in 1990 and now has 843 hours on it and is still running strong. I use a plow on it during the winter that doesn"t require any use of the PTO. I put the mower deck back on it this Spring and the PTO, which was working fine last summer, now doesn"t work at all. The contact switch under the seat is working fine, and all the wiring seems to check out, but I did have to replace a badly corroded ignition switch in order to get the tractor to start this Spring. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thank you very much!

Thanks for your reply, but I've looked all over this site and can't find any referrence to MDT. How do I get there?
