Your tractor is a 1986 Model accoring to the Toro Master Parts viewer. Go to www.toro.com and "Parts" to view exploded diagrams. The model number is "21-12K802" and needs to be entered exactly as this for the web site to recognize your request. The "16296" number is a sequential serial number for this model of tractor. I have a 310-8 and a 312-H. If you have any specific questions I may be able to help.

I have my father's Toro/Wheel Horse model 312-8E- Garden tractor. Currently it has a mower deck on it and I need to attach the Snow Blower (model No. 0644sc01-1000001 & up)It should be easy as it even says no tools required. Yet it is as clear as mud to me. Any pointers to assist me. MDD
