I just got through overhauling a 14 hp. B & S engine, everything works great but right where the dipstick goes in i just can't get it to stop leaking, ive tried several o-rings, and it didn't help. I was wondering if ya'll had any ideas?
Thanks

Most briggs engines I've seen with a dipstick don't use an actual o-ring there. Its a threaded rubber seal/boot type thing. It threads in the hole like the old style caps used to. The dipstick then pushes into that rubber boot. I've noticed a lot of the gasket kits don't always include this item.
