Have a look at these answers to a similar question on another bb. Good Luck!

Just a shot in the dark, but have you checked the tension on the fan belt? I once overlooked the most obvious.

THE FIRST THING TO CHECK IS THE RADIATOR CLEAN INSIDE (ARE TUBES PLUGED).THE NEXT THING TO CHECK IS THE FOAM AROUND THE RADIATOR UNDER THE SHEET METAL THIS KEEPS THE AIR FROM FLOWING AROUND THE RADIATOR SO THE AIR GOES IN TO THE RADIATOR.ALSO CHECK PRESSURE CAP.DOES THE TRACTOR SMOKE UNDER A LOAD.I WOULD ALSO CHECK VALVE ADJUSTMENT I HAVE SEEN THIS MAKE THEM RUN HOT.

My B2150 did the same thing when new. After replacing the rad, fan, etc. I decided the problem was somewhere else. I found it. Injection timing!! Advanced the timing and it starts and runs better along with cooler running. If you don't know how ,get a good book or have a diesel shop do it for you. I think they run them like that for emissions or warrantee reasons.

I have one and it is important to keep the radiator and screen blown out to get the grass and dirt out. It helps.
