I have a fair amount of engine oil leakage coming from the weep hole at the bottom of the bell housing behind the engine. I am assuming that the rear main seal on the engine crankshaft is leaking. Can anyone give me some general advice as to how to get at this seal to replace it.

As per the IT service manual, "the flywheel must be removed to renew the rear seal upper half". Have you confirmed that the crancase breather tubes and screen are in good order? You'll see my post of today with a related rear oil seal question. I already have the oil pan down. With the front loader mounted I don't want to split the tractor to pull the flywheel unless I must. I don't have much leakage either.
