Hello burrhead!

Sorry for the delay on your weather question but I haven't got the time to logon lately.
Yes it is getting cold, We start all preparation for the winter. Yesterday some place near where I live got 8 inch of snow on the ground. I'm happy it was not the case here. The weater is about 29 F during night and 35 during the day.

I try to start my dexta at 32 degrees last weekend and I notice that it was hard to start. I am suspecting that the injector pump or the injectors empty it self while I am not using the tractor. The way I test it is, while it was cranking I press on the fuel plonger under de fuel tap 2 or tree time and the engine start and also to keep it running i had to press that plunger once in a while for the first 1 minute. Since I have been able to start it like that I figure that the fuel system needed to be bleed. But my question is why? Is it because my fuel injector pump need to be refurbish or is it the injector?? is there a check valve somewhere for keeping the fuel in the injector?? I don't have the little plunger on my sub pump. Do you have anny idea on what would be my problem. Or does my test and my conclusion was OK.

Regards
Jack.C
