I'm wanting to run a 7' haybine or disc mower with my Ford and need a unit so I can hook up a hydraulic line. Where can I get one new/used at a reasonable price. Thanks in advance.

Good Luck! Ha! I was wanting to do the same thing earlier this year. I found a used NH 477 haybine for $800(it was in great mechanical shape, had some sheet metal damage. But it was still a great looking machine). But my 3000 doesn't have the remote hydraulic valve, so on the quest I went. The best I could do was $379 for a new one. Most places wanted between $400 and $500 and used or rebuilt ones apparently don't exist. The two together was more than I was looking to spend as I just bought a new(almost, just 3 years old) NH 565 baler. Oh, one other thing. In your post you said you were looking to run either a haybine or disk mower. The 3000 has plenty of power for a 7ft haybine, but my local dealer(he's always been honest and helpful, and as far as dealers go I trust him) said the a disk mower is to much machine for the 3000. Aparently they eat up HP. If you'd like the e-mail address of the guy who had the remote valve assembly for $379, just e-mail me. Hope this helps. Casey
