have a slight bounce in the 3pt lift arms when the 3pt is in the up position...bounce is more noticeable when there is a load on the 3pt...any remedies that anyone knows of????? ?

Sounds like your tractor has the hiccups, translated this means major internal leak, most likely on the lift piston seal. Does the implement fall all the way to the ground quite rapidly when you shut the engine off? If so, suspicions confirmed. If not, you may have a linkage adjustment problem (external most likely on the feedback arm attached to RH lift arm).

Just a guess at things to check, a worn hydraulic pump, put a pressure gauge on it and see if your pressure is fluctuating. Bad seals in hydraulic lift allowing fluid to slip by under load. Last guess would be a bad valve or valve body again allowing pressure to fluctuate. I would look here if jumping occurs only when valve is open. Again I'm definetly no expert, just a good guesser.
