I just purchased a ford 772 front end loader, the one that I was inquiring about last week. There is some ware at the pivot points and the bucket will need some work but other wise it is in good shape for a old machine.

Maybe I do not do the searches right but I never can get anything to come up or at least narrowed down to the words or terms I used.

Any help would be appreciated here. I am looking for a manual for this loader. What years were the loaders produced?

Also what are its good points and bad points? Has any one built a snow plow on the loader, some links to pictures and post would be helpful.

The loader was on a 4000SOS that the trans had gone south on. The loader hydraulics were plumbed into the tractor hydraulic system.

Thanks guys for your input.

I am going to get the pressure washer today and wash off some of the oil and dirt. There is not a lot of oil and dirt on the loader, one cylinder on the solid end appears to have some oil leakage around the hose connection and the controll valves need some care.
For as old as this loader is there is not a lot of ware on the pins so it should be fairly easy to repair.

Hurley, I tried your link and also several times with my link to the NH publicans and nothing will come up. I tried all of the publican types and nothing. As I said in my post I do a search and most of the time nothing will come up. Maybe something to do with the comp, I don't know.

if your pins and bushings are worn.. do check them out and service.

When you are ready to plumb that laoder.. if you intend to plumb using the tractor built in hydro pump, post back and we can guide you thru a few different ways to do it.. some cheap and crude, but workable.. and a couple ways that are spendy.. but 'better', and 1 inbetween.
