I've located some wheel centers and rims for the early spin out power adjust Ford wheels. The rims are shot. In the not too far distant past there was athread on here about welding the rails or plates to new blank rims. Anybody know a source for those rims? Thanks!

I just went through that. I bought blanks through Miller Tire (http://www.millertire.com/) and had them shipped--ask for Bev. Then, I had a local guy cut off the old brackets and weld them into the new blanks. Make sure that they tack on the brackets and make sure the center fit and will rotate before they weld them up. Mine look like new, from the factory. Good luck, stephen

Thanks Stephen, Got mine coming to the Wheatland Poppin Johnnies swap meet at the Kansas Collesium next weekend. Miller Tire really accomodating. Thanks again.

Not sure where you're at. I got mine at Teubel Salvage (pronounced Ty'-Bull) near Bloomfield, IA. It was around $90-100.

Thanks everyone! I'm particularly interested, Robert, in Cross Salvage, but Super Pages doesn't know them. Do you have a phone number? Thanks

A&I will likely have something.... Whether or not you want what they have is another story. I ins talled a flange wheel for a guy this spring. Let's just say that the chinese need to learn about what 'round' is yet... It would need to be awful cheap or the only game in town before I'd take that over an OEM wheel again.

You should be able to go to your local ag tire dealer and buy "blank" rims. My local dealer has "flat" rim stock. ( in other words it looks like a highway gaurd rail ) and he just rolls it into what ever dia rim you want.
