I see what appears to be a better emblem for the 01 series owners on ebay now. Looks better than the catch all type I bought about 6 months ago and it costs a little less

I have an emblem from a 1958 841D Powermaster. Can someone advise me on how to post picture w/ this? I'd like to know if its the correct one for my tractor.

The one you linked to is the catch all type. Originally used only on the 1954 NAA, it and the Jubilee one are reproduced and sold by many sources. The flat plastic with black ring is also available from a few places. The only difference is that the new ones are all plastic whereas the originals had a metal backing with the front glued on. Very hard to find. For the 501,801, and 901 models the original was also plastic on metal backing. Had a protruding chrome plastic ring around the outside. These are virtually impossible to find. I'd like one too.

Maybe I should stick to pulling teeth and farming and leave the computers to more educated people. The links were hard to post.

The emblem I am calling the newer version has wheat on it and is overlayed with plastic unlike the all metal version surrounded by stars. What came on my 1958 851 is the overlayed version I think.

They got things a little messed up, it is for a 1954 NAA.

Emblems with stars are not what came on the later tractors 1959-1962. Does anyone know where to get am emplem that matches original?
