I've got a to-35 with a loader, manual steering. It's not that difficult to steer, in fact my wife uses it some. The loader is great for picking up heavy stuff. On the other hand, don't count on doing much digging or earthmoving with it - tractor's just too light.

Steve, I have (I think a MF99) loader on my FE35. Yes it is difficult to steer, but usable. I only have the single tractor and slash, rip and plough with it.

Should work fine, but without power steering, you will find you will not want to use the tractor for any other uses with the loader mounted. For example, with loader and no power steering, trying to scrape driveway with back blade will be less than ideal for maneuvering. But if it is a tractor dedicated to the loader and you don't use it that much, it will work ok. Of course, putting something heavy on the back helps, as do rear wheel weights and fluid. The 35 is slightly longer than the 30 and the 8N, so a loader that fits those two tractors, like some of the Dearborns or Wagners, will not necessarily bolt up to a 35, without mods. Just FYI.

Hi!... I have a TEA-20-85. A previous owner installed a MF99 loader with front driven pump on this tractor. I have seen these loaders on 35's, 135's, 202's, 204's, 2135,s and even 165's.
My tractor is difficult to steer and next to impossible when tractor is not moving. Forward vision is somewhat obscured by loader frame. Do you have powersteering?
Maybe you could sell your 35 and look for a 2135 or202, 203, 204, or 205 you may be further off.
just my 2 cents
