I have a '54 MHF TEa 20. Which coolant should I run in it?

Coolant should be 50% ethylene glycol (antifreeze) for most locations. Brand isn't important in my opinion. It's kinda like aspirin: Aspirin is aspirin, no need to spend more for specific brand. Now, having said that, at one time some antifreeze brands had some additives (Xerex was one) that were supposed to seal small holes, but in fact could clog a radiator; but I think that issue was resolved. I just buy store brand from Advance Auto. Hasn't failed yet.

Phil, I thought so, but I just got done watching motorweek on the tube and they forward that it's not so easy anymore. Sounds like prestone to me. THANKS. Ray

Yeah, probably can't go wrong with Prestone. I admit to being a little uncertain about some of the additives from some brands. However, if you look at all Motorweek advertisers, it's a good chance Prestone might be one, at least part of the time. I'm sorta thinking the price difference between Prestone (about $6.99) and Advance, etc., (about $4.99) pays for the ads. Sorta like Bayer vs. generic. You never see a doctor on TV tell the audience to buy generic aspirin, but your doctor will tell you it is the same stuff.
