I found a Ferguson carcass out back on my father-in-law's property.It has no front wheels and no engine.Can someone tell me how to identify the model that it is? I'm from the Ford side of the Ferguson world('46 2N).How many of the parts can be swapped around between the early Ford Ns and the Fergies. thanx.

Hi The serial number tag should be behind the steering wheel on top of the dash.Select research & info, Serial numbers to the left of this page for more info. Also use "search this site" for info on ferguson and ford transplant parts.Good luck
