TEA20 Identification

I just bought what I believe to be a Ferguson TEA20 tractor.The ID plate is missing. This should be a sin for removing! I sure could use some help with the identification before I order any manuals. Here's what I know so far: The hood, fenders, gas tank and wheel rims are red.
The transmission/steering box are one piece. The engine has an external oil filter on the left side. My quess is that it has a Standard engine but not sure. How can you tell if it's a TEA30? It's in good working condition and I would like to restore it. If anyone can help I would sure appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Dennis, I also just purchased what is suppose to be a tea20. Mine has a rebuilt motor, all new tires, new steering wheel @ battery.It is also missing the grille (I'll be looking for one)and the hydraulics don't work. I paid 1200.00 which I though was fair. It is suppose to be delivered sunday. Donn

have a look at the carb the TEA 20 used a Zenith 24t2 carb and a lucas D3A4 distributor. If red on it that is not good should be a 4 speed with an S on transmission. regards

Since I have not taken possession of the tractor yet, I can't provide that info. Should pick it up after Thanksgiving. Will let you know then. Thanks for your input.

There isn't a TEA30. If it has a Standard engine it is a TEA20 with either an 80 or 85 mm bore; some people refer to them as 20-80 or 20-85, at least around here. At a certain point in production the bore was increased but there aren't any external clues, besides the serial number.
