I have a 35 delux with the tractometer. Apparently the drive gear is supposed to be on the generator, but my generator doesn't have a place to hook up the cable. Does anyone know if I can get just the end cap for the generator or maybe someone has a bad generator I could buy reasonable. I hate to buy a new generator (109.00)when mine works fine.

A while back I got sick of looking at my tack not working, 150.00 later it works fine. I had the housing the tack cable hooked up to on the generator, but the fiber gear inside that turns the tack was almost toothless. Turns out the generator seal was bad and causing a wobble in tuun wearing the cheap plastic gears on the tack drive. Had the gen rebuilt and 85.00 for the new plastic gear. Money solves all problems! Good luck
