TE-20 cracked block

I have a TE20 that was leaking water into the oil pretty bad. Decided to rebuild the engine. Took the head off and had it tested and it came back fine. Went ahead and had a valve job done while the machine shop had the head. After getting the head back I ordered a full rebuild kit for the engine and pulled the sleaves this weekend. BAD NEWS!!! I have 3 cracks in between cylinders on the bottom and 2 cracks in between cylinders on the top. Not sure what to do..... I had been thinking about selling the tractor when it started leaking water into the oil. I am still thinking about doing that if I don't sink too much money into it. The more money I sink into it, the more apt I am to keeping it. I was thinking about having it "pinned" and welded to get it back together and then sell it. Don't know what the price is for just a block. Since I bought a rebuild kit and I have a head and everything else I wouldn't need a full engine. Anyone know of what a block would cost and where I could find one?? Or does anyone have any similar experiences or thoughts on this? Let me know! Thanks

Read some of the archives and thought I would add the following.

I believe 2 of the cracks on the bottom are all the way through. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. If I rub my at the bottom of the bore in between the cylinders I can feel the crack (as if it has shifted or something). One of the cracks on the top is only half way through and the other is all the way through.
