The Yahoo Ferguson Club will be moving in the near future to Yahoo Groups for any that are interested in joining up it is all free lots of good info and discussion, post pics, and discuss the Ferguson tractor.

Please forgive me if I'm missing something, but why would we want to have another Ferguson Tractor discussion board when we have this excellent forum? Usually when there are several places to discuss the same topic we end up either saying the same things only in two (or more) different places - or - one forum gets all the "good" info. and the other gets half-baked wives tales. More than one discussion group ususally just dilutes the input. This is, to me, the one and only Ferguson Tractor forum and we don't need another.

Boogity: FYI. Many of us Fergie owners/enthusiasts use both sites (and others). As far as the Harry Ferguson tractors go, this site and the one that Rod referred to are the best (in mho). Both sites have their strengths and weaknesses. We are lucky to have as many web-based resources for a product that lived 50+/- years ago.

I purchased my TO-20 many years before discovering these sites. I was thinking about upgrading my tractor as I had heard that the Continental Z-120 was prone to cracking. In my search to understand the risk of a cracked block, I discovered this site and the Yahoo Ferguson Tractors Club. These two sites helped me really appreciate the great little tractor that I have. Interacting with other Ferguson enthusiasts has been great!

Before you condemn another web resource, check it out... And, I can tell you that Rod visits this site regularly and shares his knowledge of Fergies for all of our benefit. Have a great day! David, MI

well boogity that is your right but over 500 Club members think differently. They like to post pics of their machines, exchange rebuilding and restoring info, chat, ask advice and just hang out with other Ferguson owners. I have tried several times to get YTmag to post a link to the Yahoo Ferguson club but never got a response now we are moving to Yahoo groups and I just thought I would let folks know. I don't see us as in competition with this forum there are some great clubs for Allis, MM, Ford etc that exist outside of YTmag site this a fantastic source of info but so are other forums to each his own I guess. Membership is free I really don't see what problem would be created by other forums.
