Depends so much on condition of everything, especially the condition of the tractor, that it is impossible to give good indication without knowing that. TO20 alone with no smoke, good hydraulics, good tires, good steering might be worth $2300 in most of the country. But bad rear tires, or bad steering, etc., alone can eat up a lot of money, and a bad engine can easily eat up $1400, so the answer is like nursing home underwear: "depends."

Thank you very much for your insite. The tractor is in working condition. Its' paint is in poor condition. The pto works well with good color and smell to all oils. It is sitll a 6 volt system, but there is nor running time indicator. The oil presure at low rpm is approx. 45 to 50 psi. The radiator is sound and does't show signs of over heating. Tires are almost new. The battery is showing signs of low pull down which could mean the generator is on the way out.
Aditional implements include a flayel style grass mower which is in working condition and runs. It has an 8 ft. disc in working condition. It has a rototiller with bariabel gear ratio which cost $2,000 new, it is in good condition. It has a scrapper/blade/ripper unit in good condition It has a fork lift attachment that fits to the pto.
If you know of any problem items I should look for pleases indicate.
Thank you
Rudy

Sometimes my TO-20 struggles going up hills with my 5 foot mower. Will it really handle that 8 footer? Also I think these tractors have problems with tillers in that their ground speed cant be adeqately slowed without decreasing (excessively) PTO speed.

Having said all that, you cant have too many implements!

Thank you Frank for your coments. The tractor will be used mostly to cut pickle weed and starthistle.
