I was talking to an old friend of mine the other day and my TO20 came up. He then asked me if the inside of my exhaust pipe was black or white. It's black and then asked why. He then told me that if I added 1 cup of liquid wrench to 8 gal. gas and run it under load it would clean the valves, the piston rings, the carb. and turn the exhaust white. It sounds good huh? Has amybody ever done or heard of this?

Try a bit of marvel mystery oil. lots of old car enthusiasts (like me) use it regularly. It lubes and cleans very well. I have an injector that squirts it directly into the intake manifold on one of my cars.

I'd be leary of that idea. If it really worked, the additive manufacturers would be selling it with a different label (maybe they are, but I doubt it).
