I just mowed a fairly smooth and flat field with my 1950 T0-20. I think Harry must have chosen that solid steel seat to attract the Russian market, because it is the most Bolshievick thing I've ever seen. My tractor is all original equipment, BUTT, I think I need to replace the seat.

I just hobby farm and fool around on weekends. I wonder what serious farmers do about siting on that hubcap?

Your local farm and barn store should have a seat cushion for your Ferguson. Cannot imagine driving a Ferguson with out one.

Yea, and the cushion is usually less than $20 around my locale. That bare pan seat will give a guy TB.

I know what you mean Frank and I know how you feel. I have blistered my butt on more than one occasion after a few hours on that seat. Since I'd like to keep mine as original as possible, I'm thinking about having someone upholster the seat for me.
