TO-35 Backhoe/Lift Hydraulics HELP

I'm trying to help my father who has a Fergusen T0-35 with a backhoe manufactured by Cone Automatic Machine Co. Windsor, Vt Model 116, Front end loader manufactured by Midwestern Inc. Wichita KS Model 101A. One hydraulic pump located in front of the engine serves both systems. This recently replaced and now in process of trying to bleed/charge system and troubleshoot. All cylinders operate but slow and lack power. A hydraulic expert I am not. In dire need of basic instructions - How to purge air/refurbish hydraulic system - A schematic of the backhoe/front end loader hydraulics would help - Have no idea where to obtain one. Any information greatly appreciated.

I have a Kubota backhoe attachment on my TO-20 and this is what the Kubota manual says: "The backhoe hydraulic system must be purged of all air before putting the unit into actual field operation. Purge the system by carefully extending and retracting each hydraulic cylinder until all the cylinders move smoothly." I have not actually tried this so I don't know if it will work or not. This has nothing to do with purging air but does your backhoe fit on the 3-point hitch or is it mounted on a rigid frame?

It is mounted on a rigid frame.
