is there a kit or a plan to convert my TO 20 to a live lift?

In a manner of speaking there is. My TO30 has a hand clutch installed that disconnects the driveline and leaves the PTO shaft/hyd.pump running. This was an optional kit made for Ford tractors,however it fits perfectly on the H.Ferguson TO30 tractors. I know the retired mechanic who installed mine,he said it's the only one he ever put on a Ferguson. I have no idea where you could find a tractor with the hand clutch, but Farm and Country advertises the larges inventory of used parts in the USA, so you might call them.That's my input.
