Wayne: Hi. I installed sure seals on my TO-20 this spring. I know they do not apply to a TO-30, but I am not sure about a TEA. I suspect so. Anyway they were very easy to install. There is some work in removing the axle shafts, etc. I installed the sure seals by using a 30 inch length of pvc pipe (slid over the shaft and onto the sure seal--with the wheel studs supporting the shaft). A couple of sound blows with a good size hammer on a piece of 2"X4" covering the end of the pvc pipe, and those seals were in place. No leaks since. There are a number of posts about the sure seal--do a search of the Ferguson forum and archives. Good luck. David, MI
