Anybody have any idea how much one cost. I did mine in big time today. Put that Wood,s mower on for the first time and the drive was to long. The whole time I was mowing it was digging in to my pto shaft. Now it looks like someone has took a grinder to it, then worked it over with a hammer. I will know to check that the next time.

John: Hi. I replaced mine a couple of years ago with the current standard (larger) size that does not require an adapter to fit implements--other than an over-run coupler (1+1/8" vs 1+1/4", I think). Anyway, the new shaft from Massey cost me about $125.00 and it came with a new bearing and seal already installed. It just slipped right in where the old one had come out. If your damaged shaft was the smaller diameter version, and you had an over-run coupler for that shaft, you may have to replace the over-run coupler as well ($45 to $60). Good luck, David,MI
