How to determine value of TO-20?

Can anyone point me to a source for determining the value of my tractor? Ideally, something like a blue book (yeah, sure...). Maybe a web site? Is there a U.S. Ferguson club I could contact? I have a vague idea what I should ask for it, but want to be more certain before I list it for sale. Thanks.

the value depends on the condition and the demand of the tractor. If it runs and does not use much oil than it is considered good quality. If there is a high demand for small tractors in your area than you can ask whatever you want. Here in kansas the demand for small tractors is high. everybody seems to need one. They bring anywhere from $1500.00 to $3750.00. the price might differ where you are at. out here it is hard to find a small tractor. there might be a lot around where you are, that would considerably lower the price of your tractor. try and get what YOU think it is worth. hope this was helpful.

Linda, Check out the Sale reports to the right...under Specs and Values. It might give you an idea of the value.

Thanks. I had checked that, but the range was $800 to $4,000 for similar ones in "Good" condition, and there's no mention of what implements are included, if any. My husband has suggested listing it on eBay, but that sounds like it could be a mess.
I got it out today (first time since buying it 2 years ago) and disked part of my front yard. Pretty cool. I still want to sell it though. :-)
Thank you for the info. Linda

Well, Linda, I can't imagine WHY you would want to part with your marvelous machine, but my suggestion is if you're not in a hurry, watch the farm ads in the local/regional paper, Thrigty Nickel or AutoTrader publciation, etc for a couple of weeks. A TO-20 should be worth a bit more than a Ford N-series, since it has the overhead-valve engine. Like real estate, locationlocationlocation are the big price factors. If there are small farms, horse breeders, larger estates etc in your region, prices should be better. In the San Antonio area where I live, a Ford or Ferguson goes for $1500(needing work) to $2500(ready to work) or even $3000 with fresh tires/paint. Good luck!

I have the same question as Linda for the opposite reason: I have a chance to buy a TO20 for $700 and am trying to decide if I should. May just use it as a way to turn some positive cash. Still haven't seen it.
