TE20 front wheels

I have one front wheel that is rusted through near
the hole for the inner tube valve. Can anyone advise me about finding a suitable replacement? This model has a solid inner disc without the openings around the perimeter.

Keith: Hi. Where are you located? I have a possible lead--Fawcett Tractor in Ontario (number is at home). E-mail me if you'd like the number. Also, I have a used TO-20 front rim (3.0 X 19.0--4.0 X 19.0 tires) which I think is the same as for a TE. Let me know if you are interested and I can get details to you about condition.
