Ok you all say I have a 1950 to 20 Fergeson. I reed that there is a continental and standerd motor. What do I have? The # 0n the block is Z120A600. The Dist. Is a Delco-Remy. Thanks Jim

Bob answered your question. Just FYI, your oil filter is inside the oil pan, in case you didn't know. (Soon after I buy a tractor I always change the oil, so I thought you might want to know that.)

You have a Z120 Continental engine, installed in all US built TO20 series tractors and early UK built TE20 series tractors built in the UK until the Standard engine came available in 1948 or 1948.

The Standard Motor Co Ltd engine is only installed in English built Ferguson TEA20 series tractors.

TE = Tractor England (built by Harry Ferguson Ltd in Coventry, UK.)

TO = Tractor Overseas (built by Harry Ferguson Inc in Detroit, USA.)

The Z120 Continental engine develops 23.9 HP, 81 mm x 95 mm bore/stroke.

The Standard Motors engine was also fited in the French built TE20 series and the MF35's
