I have seen on this forum TO-20 owners talk about their tractors having more than one trans/hyd drain port.

Does a TO-35 also have more than one trans/hyd drain port? I have changed the trans/hyd oil 2/3 times over the years and have always drained it from the one drain port that I saw.

Thanks,

There are TWO drain plugs on a 35, one on the left side of the Transmission, directly below the levers and one on the left side again, directly below the seat.Clean the magnets when you remove them.....John

I was wrong, there is at least two and I drained both of them, has been a while, guess its about time to do it again if I can't remember where the drain plugs are.

Thanks,

If memory serves (sold my 35 to son), there are two drain ports. Takes 8 gallons (not 6 gallons like the 30).

Hello, I remember reading the TO 35 has 2 drain plugs. rather than me trying to explain it here with 1 finger typing I will refer you to the archives where there is loads of interesting reading on this subject. Left column Research & Info click on "search this site" then in the top line type in TO 35 drain plugs then in the 2nd box scroll down to Ferguson Forum then click on search. enjoy all the great reading. Richard
