doing the brakes on my TO20 and found a great deal of info on the linkage here. My Question is after freeing up the pedals due you oil or put light layer of grease on the brass bushings?

No lube on these bushes at all, just make sure they are clean when you assemble them and that they do move easily.

i put copper anti seize on mine. wipe off any excess.

Nope - nothing. Grease and oil attracks dirt and grime which will put you back in the same boat.
Had to do the same on my TO30 after years of western Ks. sand.
