Rear rims for a TO-20

Well it"s typical. Busy doing one thing, wanting to do another and trying to plan the third or more.
So, in the planning department is the need for some rims. I have one good 4x16 front rim that should take a 215/75R16 tire in place of the 6x16.
I am looking for two 10x28 6 loop rear rims that Walts has for about $98 plus $16 or so on shipping. The front rim is around $50 and I am still occasioanally looking for that. Does the Ford 9N 10x28 fit the Fergy 10x28? Or is there a problem with loops?
Inquiring minds want to know...LOL
Have a great day!

Bruce, they will work.

When I needed a new rim, I called my local Ag tire shop and they got me one for the same price as the internet, with no shipping charge.

Call the local guy and see what he can do.

Jeff

An eBay seller named "dieselwood" had two 4 x 19 rims with tires and one rear wheel and tire (12.4 x 28) for sale and they didn't get a bid (closed a couple of days ago) so he might be willing to negotiate. The shipping might be problematic since he is in Ft Worth, TX. Email me if you want his real name and address.

They will interchange. I've moved tires and wheels between my tractors and sold a couple of used Ford rims that went on a TO30 last summer.

I"m no expert in these matters but I think the 9N 10-28 rim will work on a TO-20. If I"m wrong, someone will correct me. I gather you"re from Oregon and so if you"re close to the Willamette Valley, there should be plenty of used rims avaiable in the that farm country. I"m sure you can find new and used rims locally without having to pay for shipping.

Hi Bruce, I believe they all do interchange with each other.Have a 8n and TEA 20, have not encountered any problems in the rotation of tires/rims, then again with these old tractors, things can change rather quickly, when purchasing parts. Cheers, Murray
