Can someone give me the correct PN for the axel bushing and pin? There seams to be different ones available according to SN...mine is 50451. Thanks Gene

Thanks Richard. Looks as if I will need the bolt also. Mine was froze and snaped off. Tried to use an eazy out and it broke also. Will try to file out most of it and then try another eazy out ot see if it will chip out. Gene

bushing 180 344 M1

180 497 M91 Pin Assembly, Pivot (3-3/4" long)

My book did not make reference to any serial numbers
just check and make sure before ordering. Richard

Gene I found what you was looking for: on tractors after serial # 40380 whereby, a 5/8" bolt and bushing was installed. This change requires a pivot pin with a 7/8" hole. this number is 180 499 M91 Pin assembly, pivot (4-3/4" long, with 7/8" bolt hole). Sorry it took so long. I only found it after getting both parts book and shop manual out at same time. Richard

You'll think I'm nuts but you can blow an easy-out out with a torch. Easy-outs are high carbon. Get it red hot, hit the oxygen, and it will blow out without cutting the broken bolt, plus the heat on the bolt will make it easier to get out with the next easy out. First time I heard it I was skeptical, but I've done it many times. Just be quick with the oxygen - once the little broken point of the easy-out is ready, shoot the oxygen, watch the red-hot stuff fly out, shut off your torch and let everything cool.
