Any body know what the torque spec. is for the rocker arm on a tea20 85mm engine?

Hi John -- been going through my manual trying find the answer. I see a reference to the pedestal securing nuts (about which it says just to "tighten") and the rocker adjuster screws and lock nuts (about which it makes reference only to adjusting til valve tip clearances are within spec). Maybe I'm missing something. Is the part you're talking about in this exploded view?

Thanks for responding, I got the answer from John(UK). 22 to 24 ft lbs.
