How much weight will a TO30 hydraulic lift in good shape pick up? Will it lift enough to raise the front wheels if there are no wheel weights? Just estimating based on arm lengths and 2000 psi it looks like it should lift about 1300 - 1400 lbs which would raise the front tires. Is that close?

I have a TO-30 and I can lift a little over 800
pounds. If I try to lift more than that the lift
will not raise but the front tires do not come
off the ground. If the lift is already up I can put on a little more wieght and it will hold it up. That makes for very interesting driving as the front tires kinda skip along and I have to use the brakes to steer

Don; The Ferguson System may lift 12-1300lbs.but the front end of the tractor will lift off the ground first.

Thanks! I plan to build a lift boom and I wanted to know what parameters to use as to lift versus length and I needed to know what I'm starting with.

I built a lift platform. (Carry all). I can load it with a full load of wood such that the lift will not budge it.

Then when it is just light enough to lift the steering is squirlly because the front end is so light.
