I am thinking of buying a TEA-20 which has a loader driven by a hydraulic pump on the PTO, so the PTO is not available for any other implements. The loader is mounted on the rear axle and the wheels are turned inside out to accomodate it. Is there a better way of getting a loader on this tractor?

Paul, This is certainly a wierd way to power a loader - I've never heard of it before. Normally the loader is powered by the tractor's own hydraulic pump - the one used for raising the lower links, from take off points on the top right side of the lift cover or the bottom of the rear transmission housing, left and right sides.
Hope this helps
Pete

I'm going to mount a Ferguson loader on my Ford 8N. Do you knoe if it has the same hydraulic take-off points as a TO20?
