MF50 resurrection possibilities

Hi Iam looking for advice. I have aquired a 63 MF 50 purchased the books and got home have $400 invested. It has not been ran for about 5 years bake tires good front tires bad hood and side panels need work. the reel question is the injection pump. it is a cav dpa3232178 ser.no 1917oc this seems to be the wrong pump. engin sn 2343713, inj nozzle holder no. BKBL67SD5151. the fuel system is a mess tank has been removed rusty inside lift pump is stiff secondary filter is missing primary filter element has been removed some fuel lines are attached incorectly. If I rig up fuel filters and an elcric pump to feed the injecter pump will the injecter pump work well enough to test the engin?

You should probably copy and paste your question on the other ferguson discussion site. The Massy Ferguson/Massy Harris tractors on that site deal with more of the MF models. Especially the models that are above the 20, 30, and 35 styles.
Your MF 50 is covered in better detail in the other ferguson site.
